Fintechwerx Enters European Market with CardCorp Reseller Agreement
Vancouver, BC — December 15, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Fintechwerx International Software Services Inc. (CSE: WERX) has entered into a Reseller Agreement with CardCorp Services Ltd., a payments technology and merchant services firm based in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Under the agreement, FintechWerx will act as a non-exclusive reseller, promoting CardCorp's services to merchants in the UK, EU, and EEA, earning a residual commission on referred merchants' net income. The three-year term agreement, effective December 14, 2025, includes standard confidentiality, intellectual property, non-interference, and non-solicitation provisions.
FintechWerx Co-Founder and CEO George Hofsink said the agreement marks the company’s entry into the European marketplace, noting CardCorp provides a framework for compliant access points that reflect the realities of local underwriting, regulatory expectations, and merchant risk profiles. CardCorp’s Co-Founder and CEO Damon Poole, said that working with FintechWerx supports their objective of delivering consistency across underwriting and service delivery.
