One World Lithium Inc. Closes First Tranche of Private Placement, Raises $264,150 for Technology Advancement

VANCOUVER, BC – August 28, 2026 – Leads & Copy – One World Lithium Inc. (CSE-OWLI) announced it has successfully closed the first tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $264,150. This tranche is part of a larger planned offering aiming for $910,000.

The company issued 7,547,142 units at a price of $0.035 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a non-transferable share purchase warrant. These warrants provide the holder the right to purchase an additional common share at $0.08 each, exercisable for a period of 36 months from their issuance date.

Proceeds from this offering are earmarked for the advancement of One World Lithium’s patent-pending lithium extraction technologies. These funds will support continued laboratory testing, engineering evaluations, and general working capital needs.

The closing of this first tranche involved participation from an officer and director, and another director of the Company. This participation is considered a related party transaction under Multilateral Instrument 61-101 – Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions (MI 61-101). However, these participations are exempt from the formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101 because the fair market value of the securities acquired by the insiders, as well as the consideration paid, does not exceed 25 per cent of the Company’s market capitalization.

In addition to the standard statutory hold period, the securities issued in this offering will be subject to an Exchange Hold for four months following their issuance, in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Stock Exchange.

One World Lithium Inc. is dedicated to developing proprietary lithium extraction technologies. The company also seeks strategic partnerships to facilitate the commercialization of lower-impact, scalable lithium production methods from brines and clay slurries.
