Hi-View Resources Retains APEX Geoscience for Toodoggone Exploration

Hi-View Resources Inc. has retained APEX Geoscience Ltd. to manage and execute a summer 2026 field program across its Toodoggone Properties in north-central British Columbia.

R. Nick Horsley, Chief Executive Officer of Hi-View, said that 2026 marks an important step forward for Hi-View as it advances its Toodoggone portfolio. Horsley added that APEX has extensive experience in the district, and Hi-View is pleased to re-engage them for this year's program. He said that their geological expertise and hands-on knowledge of the region make them the right team to help Hi-View move these projects forward.

APEX will provide geological consulting and technical services to support Hi-View’s exploration and evaluation activities on an as-needed basis. The scope of work may include the review and interpretation of geological data, authoring technical reports, and guidance to assist the Company in advancing its mineral exploration projects, including those focused on critical and strategic minerals.

Hi-View also announced it has engaged Blossom Social Inc., a mobile app platform and social network for investors recognized by Apple as one of the Top 25 Apps for 2025, an Essential Finance App of 2024, and an Essential Social App of 2025. Under the terms of the Blossom Agreement, Blossom will develop and host 'Learn & Earn' educational lessons about Hi-View on the Blossom mobile app platform.

In consideration of the services, Hi-View will pay C$15,000 plus applicable taxes. The initial term of the Blossom Agreement concludes upon reaching the maximum total consideration, with the option to continue thereafter on a month-to-month basis. Blossom is located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada and is an arm's-length party to the Company.

Further details regarding Hi-View's comprehensive 2026 exploration plan will be disclosed upon completion of the data compilation.
