American Salars Identifies New Pegmatites at Jaguaribe Lithium Project in Brazil

August 28, 2025 — Leads & Copy — VANCOUVER, BC – American Salars Lithium Inc. (CSE: USLI, OTC: USLIF, FWB: Z3P, WKN: A3E2NY) has announced the results of an initial geological reconnaissance program at its Jaguaribe Project in Ceará State, Brazil.

During a one-day field visit, 14 previously unrecorded pegmatites were identified within the Valter 180 Project area. Initial assays from the program returned anomalous values in tantalum and niobium, elements commonly associated with lithium-rich pegmatite systems.

CEO & Director R. Nick Horsley said the discoveries validate the prospectivity of the region and give confidence in the project’s potential to host a significant lithium-bearing system.

The next phase of exploration will include detailed geological mapping, systematic geochemistry, trenching, and eventual drilling.

The Jaguaribe Property lies in a historic Brazilian pegmatite province previously mined for lithium, coltan, and tin. Initial sampling returned spodumene-bearing pegmatites grading up to 3.72% Li₂O with rare earth elements.

The technical content regarding the Jaguaribe Project in this release has been reviewed and approved by Mitchell E. Lavery, P. Geo.
