Steadright Critical Minerals Reports AGM Results
Muskoka, Ontario — October 30, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) announced that all items at its Annual General Meeting and Special Meeting were approved. Shareholders re-appointed all four incumbent directors.
Total shares at the time of the AGM were 40,644,844, with 34.74% exercising their vote, representing 14,120,733 shares. Every item received over 99% approval.
Steadright Critical Minerals Inc., established in 2019, focuses on exploration projects in the critical mineral space in Morocco. The company’s RAM project, near Port Cartier, Quebec, comprises over 11,000 acres and is located on an Anorthositic complex with potential for Ni, Cu, Co, and precious metals.
