CHARBONE Announces Commercial Launch of Sorel-Tracy Modular Site

Brossard, Quebec — December 16, 2025 — Leads & Copy — CHARBONE CORPORATION (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) has announced the commercial launch of its modular site in Sorel-Tracy (Phase 1A).

The Sorel-Tracy project is now in commercial production mode following the complete installation of Phase 1A equipment and successful testing. Technical teams have validated process stability, production parameter compliance, and performance.

According to Dave Gagnon, CHARBONE’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, the launch represents the culmination of several years of work and strategic vision. The company is preparing its first delivery of locally produced clean UHP hydrogen to customers.

The modular plant in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec’s first local and decentralized clean UHP hydrogen production facility, is a cornerstone of CHARBONE’s North American strategy. The roadmap envisions a phased deployment, leading to increased capacity and the expansion of an interconnected network for the production and distribution of strategic gases across Canada and the United States.
