Canadian Uranium Corp. Appoints Edward Marlow as Director

Vancouver, British Columbia — December 15, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Canadian Uranium Corp. (CSE: CANU) has appointed Edward Marlow as a director. Marlow is a senior adviser to Energy Transition Partners Africa.

Marlow previously served as a senior board adviser to Mota-Engil and as a managing director at Deutsche Bank. He also founded and was chairman and CEO of African Potash PLC. He was previously global head of coverage for principal investments at HSBC.

Marlow brings advisory, executive, and non-executive director experience in natural resources and infrastructure in Sub-Saharan Africa and Canada. He invests in fintech and climate technology and has worked for Insinger De Beaufort, UBS, and Citigroup.

He is a former British infantry officer and a graduate of Cranfield University, the University of Northumbria, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and RMA Sandhurst. Marlow is a council member of the Royal African Society.
