Arbor Metals Adopts Semi-Annual Financial Reporting
Vancouver, Canada — May 14, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Arbor Metals Corp. (TSXV: ABR, FWB: 432) has announced it will adopt semi-annual financial reporting, according to a press release issued Thursday.
The decision, the company said, is allowed under Coordinated Blanket Order 51 – 933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers (“CBO 51-933”).
CBO 51-933 enables eligible venture issuers to voluntarily transition from quarterly to semi-annual financial reporting.
Arbor Metals' fiscal year concludes on October 31. Because it meets the eligibility criteria under CBO 51-933, the company will be exempt from filing its three-month and nine-month interim financial statements and associated management’s discussion and analysis (“MD&A”). The criteria include being a venture issuer with annual revenues less than $10 million and maintaining a clean 12-month continuous disclosure record.
As a result, Arbor Metals will not file its interim financial statements for the nine-month period ending July 31, 2026, or the associated MD&A.
The company said it will continue to file audited annual financial statements, which are due within 120 days of October 31, 2026, and six-month interim financial reports, which are due within 60 days of April 30, 2026.
Arbor Metals said it remains committed to timely disclosure and will continue to report all material changes and significant developments as required under National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
