Vitreous Glass Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

AIRDRIE, ALBERTA — July 15, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Vitreous Glass Inc. declared a cash dividend today of $0.10 per common share, scheduled to be paid on August 14, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2026. Although this is a special dividend dependent on business activity and operating results, the Corporation anticipates continuing to pay dividends on a quarterly basis.

The dividend is considered an “eligible dividend” for tax purposes.

As of July 15, 2026, the Corporation had approximately 6,356,050 common shares issued and outstanding.
