Alnoor Nathoo Disposes of Warrants in Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc.
VANCOUVER, British Columbia — April 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Mr. Alnoor Nathoo, acting in concert with another party, has disposed of 1,000,000 warrants of Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc. pursuant to a private agreement. Each warrant allows the holder to purchase one common share of the company at an exercise price of $0.10 per share.
Prior to the disposition, the Acquiror beneficially owned and exercised control over 7,349,750 shares and 2,100,000 warrants, representing approximately 21.75% of the issued and outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis and 19.36% on a fully-diluted basis.
Following the disposition, the Acquiror beneficially owns and exercises control over 7,349,750 shares and 1,100,000 warrants, representing approximately 21.75% of the issued and outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis and 17.31% on a fully-diluted basis.
The Acquiror disposed of the securities for investment purposes and continues to have a long-term view of its investment in the issuer. The Acquiror intends to review its investment in the issuer on an ongoing basis and may increase or decrease its ownership over securities of the issuer, whether in the open market or through private transactions, depending on market conditions, the Acquiror’s investment objectives and other relevant factors, and subject to applicable securities laws.
The Acquiror may acquire additional shares and/or other equity, debt or other securities or instruments of the issuer and reserves the right to dispose of any or all of its holdings in the open market or otherwise, at any time and from time to time, based on market conditions, the business and prospects of the issuer and other relevant considerations, in compliance with applicable securities laws.
