Charbone Projects 155% Revenue Increase for Q2 2026, Announces Webinar

Varennes, Québec — August 5, 2026 — Leads & Copy — CORPORATION CHARBONE, a vertically integrated industrial gas company focused on the production, distribution, and storage of Ultra High Purity (UHP) clean hydrogen and other strategic industrial gases, announced today that its preliminary gas revenue for the three-month period ending June 30, 2026, is expected to increase by 155%, reaching $0.5 million. This compares to $0.2 million for the prior three-month period ending March 31, 2026. These revenues are derived from CHARBONE's hydrogen production and regional industrial gas supply platforms.

The company plans to release its full financial and operational results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, on Friday, August 28, 2026, after market close. CHARBONE will also host a webinar on Monday, August 31, at 11 a.m. Eastern Time. Interested parties can register via a provided link.

During the second quarter of 2026, CHARBONE anticipates confirming strong growth in industrial gas sales across the U.S. and Canadian markets. This growth is expected for UHP clean hydrogen produced at its Sorel-Tracy facility (Phase 1A), as well as UHP helium and oxygen supplied by its partners. Demand accelerated throughout Q2 2026, with expectations of increased recurring revenue and new customer acquisition. Concurrently, CHARBONE is advancing its integrated platform development, including distribution equipment, to meet rising demand and anticipate future sales growth from existing and new clients.

Preliminary Gas Revenue Highlights for Q2 2026:

  • Gas revenue is projected to increase by 155% to $0.5 million in Q2 2026, up from $0.2 million in Q1 2026.
  • For the first six months of 2026, encompassing the period from the start of the year through Q2 2026, gas revenue is expected to increase by 100% to $0.6 million, compared to zero gas revenue in the first half of 2025.
  • Q2 2026 operating expenses are expected to be comparable to Q1 2026, with ongoing performance improvements and no significant changes.

Investor Relations Agreement with IMPAQ

On July 16, 2026, CHARBONE announced its engagement with IMPAQ Capital Inc. (“IMPAQ”), an independent service provider, for investor relations services. As part of this engagement, the Company provides the following update regarding compensation granted to IMPAQ. The previously announced share purchase options on June 22, 2026 (300,000 options at $0.15 per share, expiring June 22, 2028) were cancelled and re-granted on July 13, 2026, under the same terms, to align with the effective date of the agreement. IMPAQ holds no direct or indirect interest in CHARBONE or its securities, nor any right or intention to acquire such an interest, except for the options announced herein.
