Guardian Announces Proposal to Retire Debt
Calgary, Alberta – August 15, 2025 – TheNewswire - Guardian Exploration Inc. (TSXV: GX) (OTCQB: GXUSF) (Frankfurt: R6B) (the “Corporation” or “Guardian”) announces that it has agreed to issue 200,000 common shares, at a deemed price of $0.115 per share, to retire $23,000.00 of indebtedness owing to an arm’s length contractor. Completion of the debt settlement is subject to the approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”).
All of the shares issued in connection with the debt settlement will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.
