(“Naturally Splendid”) (NSP – TSX Venture) (NSPDF – OTCQB) (50N – Frankfurt) announces that it proposes to settle indebtedness of $130,000 with a third party creditor by issuing 309,523 common shares of Naturally Splendid at a deemed price of $0.42 per share.  Closing of the debt settlement is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
