LOOPShare Announces Change Of Auditor
Vancouver / TheNewswire / December 9, 2016 –– LOOPShare Ltd. (TSX-V: LOOP) (“LOOPShare” or the “Company”) , a global provider of electric scooter shared fleet services and technology, today announced that it has changed its auditor from Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP (the "Former Auditor") to BDO Canada LLP (the "Successor Auditor").
On December 9, 2014, the Former Auditor notified the Company that it resigned as the auditor of the Company. Following the Former Auditor's resignation, the board of directors of the Company appointed the Successor Auditor as the Company's auditor effective December 9, 2016 until the close of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
There were no reservations in the Former Auditor's reports on any of the Company's financial statements relating to the period during which the Former Auditor was the Company's auditor. There were no reportable events between the Company and the Former Auditor.
The Company's audit committee and the board of directors of the Company have approved the resignation of the Former Auditor. Pursuant to National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the notice of change of auditor, together with the letter from the Former Auditor and the letter from the Successor Auditor have been reviewed by the Company's audit committee and board of directors and are available on SEDAR.
