(TSX-V: CNH; OTCQB: CWNHF) (“Crownia” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Bing Sun, Chief Operating Officer, has resigned from his position of the Company. His job duties will be assumed by Xizhou Tong, President of the Company. The Company expresses its appreciation to Mr. Sun and thanks him for his invaluable contributions over his tenure.
