Langley, BC / TheNewswire / March 22, 2017/ Iplayco Corporation Limited (TSX VENTURE: IPC) (“Iplayco” or the “Corporation”) announces the results of its annual general meeting (the “Meeting”) held yesterday. At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Corporation approved all resolutions placed before them by management, including the election of Messrs. Sultan Alhokair, Muhanad Awad, Mel Barsky, Zaher Fattouh, Scott Forbes, Shaun Kriel, John Plumpton, Craig Williams, and Mohamed Youssef as directors of the Corporation, the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as the Corporation's auditors, and the ratification of the Corporation's stock option plan.

 

At the first meeting of the newly constituted Board of Directors held immediately after the Meeting, the following individuals were appointed as officers of the Corporation:

 

Scott Forbes, President and Chief Executive Officer

Max Liszkowski, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

David Romano, Chief Operating Officer

 

Also, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Awad as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Compensation Committee, Mr. Barsky as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Mr. Youssef as Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee.  Messrs. Fattouh, Plumpton and Williams were also elected to the Audit Committee; Messrs. Barsky, Plumpton and Williams were elected to the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees.
