Crownia Holdings Announces Restructuring of Senior Management

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA / TheNewswire / May 12, 2017 – Crownia Holdings Ltd. (TSX-V: CNH; OTCQB: CWNHF) (“Crownia” or the “Company”) announces that Ms. Amanda Tseng, Chief Financial Officer, resigned from her position of the Company effective May 12, 2017. Her job duties will be assumed by Herrick Lau, who steps down from CEO of the Company. Xizhou Tong, the current President of the Company, will assume the roles of CEO and President. The Company expresses its appreciation to Ms. Tseng and thanks her for her invaluable contributions over her tenure.
