The school district is one of the Company’s 3,500 existing customers and this upgrade contract is valued at approximately US$315,000 plus monthly-recurring subscriptions valued at approximately US$34,800 per year.

 

Live View Wireless uses mobile data connectivity to provide real-time access to all video and data on the Mobile Data Collector (MDC) while the school bus is on the road. Authorized personnel can view live video feeds, access live GPS tracking, and monitor all MDC data from any location with internet access. With Live View, school districts can optimize fleet operations and respond to incidents immediately using Gatekeeper’s G4 Vision hosted software which displays the precise map location of the entire bus fleet and records several key data points including bus speed and operating parameters.
