World Copper Holdings Announces Acquisition of New Buggy Project; Closing of First Tranche of Non-Brokered Private Placement; Shares for Debt Settlement

Vancouver, British Columbia – November 4, 2026 – TheNewswire - World Copper Holdings Ltd. ("World Copper Holdings" or the "Company") announces that it has acquired a 100% interest in the New Buggy project located in the commune of María Elena, Province of Tocopilla, Antofagasta Region, Chile ("New Buggy" or "Project") pursuant to a property purchase agreement (the "Purchase Agreement") dated October 28, 2026 (the "Transaction").

New Buggy is an early-stage porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold exploration project covering approximately 5,800 hectares in the Antofagasta Region of northern Chile, within the Paleocene metallogenic belt (see Figure 1).

Historical exploration includes ten reverse-circulation drill holes, geological mapping, geochemical sampling, and airborne magnetic and radiometric surveys. Evaluation of historical drilling and surface exploration data supports the interpretation of two potential porphyry centres, the New and Buggy targets.

Examination of drill cuttings from the New target identified features consistent with a telescoped porphyry system, where epithermal and porphyry-related mineralization are superimposed. An approximately three-kilometre interval of calcareous sedimentary rocks between the two centres, known as the ATC target, has also been identified as prospective for carbonate-replacement mineralization. Geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets have been integrated to refine these targets for further drill testing.
