West Mining Executes Agreement To Sell Junker Property
Vancouver, B.C. – October 8, 2026 – West Mining Corp. (“West Mining” or the “Company”) (CSE: WEST) (OTC: WESMF) is pleased to announce it has executed a property purchase agreement (the “Agreement”) with Hi-View Resources Inc. (“Hi-View”; CSE: GXLD) and Zeal Exploration Inc. (“Zeal”, Hi-View’s wholly-owned subsidiary; collectively, Hi-View and Zeal are the “Purchaser”) dated as of October 1, 2026, pursuant to which West will sell all of its right, title and interest in and to the Junker Property to the Purchaser. As consideration for the Property, on closing West Mining will receive a cash payment of $7,500 and an aggregate of 125,000 Hi-View common shares. When issued, the Hi-View common shares will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange. Closing of the transaction is anticipated to take place on or before October 16, 2026, and West Mining will provide an update when warranted.
