FORT ST. JOHN, British Columbia, May 20, 2026 – TheNewswire - A.C.L. Construction Ltd. (TSXV: ACL; OTCQB: AACLF; FSE: A3L0) (the “Company” or A.C.L.”), a leading provider of civil construction services, project management, general construction and underground utilities in the Peace Region of British Columbia is pleased to announce that it has been chosen to support Ministry of Transportation and Transit (“MOTT”) and Dawson Road Maintenance (“DRM”) in emergency works to provide temporary access to the residents of Old Fort, south of Fort St. John, that have been left isolated as a result of a recent landslide that blocked the access to the community. The most recent access was previously constructed by ACL in 2020 when a landslide had wiped out the original road and isolated the community at that time. ACL’s previous experience reestablishing access following the 2020 landslide led to MOTT reaching out ACL for support with its redevelopment efforts once more.
“We look forward to working with the two groups to provide access to the Old Fort community in a timely manner,” commented John McPherson, CEO of A.C.L.
