(“Pond” or the “Company”) (TSXV: POND) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release of October 28, 2026 in which the Company announced the signing of a binding letter of intent (the "LOI") to complete a reverse takeover transaction (the "Proposed Transaction") whereby it will acquire Find Familiar Spirits LLC ("FFS") pursuant to a business combination, the deadline to enter into a definitive agreement with respect to the Proposed Transaction has been extended to May 31, 2026, failing which the LOI may be terminated.
