Astron Connect Inc. Reports Share Consolidation Effective Date





 

VANCOUVER, BC - TheNewswire – June 10, 2021 - Astron Connect Inc (“Astron” or the “Company”) (TSXV:AST) reports that the TSX Venture Exchange has advised that trading in Astron’s common shares on a post-consolidated basis (CUSIP: 04640L200) will commence at the opening of trading on June 11, 2021. As previously reported, the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares are being consolidated on the basis of one (1) new common share for every eight (8) currently held common shares (the “Consolidation”). Following the completion of the Consolidation, the Company will have approximately 10,437,901 common shares issued and outstanding.

Astron's name and trading symbol will remain unchanged.

Letters of transmittal describing the process by which registered shareholders are to exchange their pre-consolidation share certificate for a post-consolidation share certificate will be mailed to Astron's registered shareholders. Shareholders who hold their Astron common shares through their broker or other intermediary will not be required to complete and return a letter of transmittal.
