Brossard, Québec - TheNewswire - January 14, 2026 — Windfall Geotek Inc. (CSE: WIN; OTCQB: WINKF) ("Windfall" or the "Company"), a leader in AI-powered exploration for over two decades, confirms that recent copper discoveries by Magna Terra Minerals (TSX-V: MTT) align with high-priority targets generated by Windfall’s AI system in September 2025. This milestone underscores the system’s ability to accurately predict mineralization in the Restigouche Trend.

The Bathurst Mining Camp (BMC) internal project was done by using only public data covered a surface of 3 417.4 km2. A set of 694 variables built from 1995 Multiparameter (magnetic, radiometric, electromagnetic) Survey and the 2004 MEGATEM Survey, and gridded to a 50m cell size (model resolution) was used over the regional modeling surface area which corresponds to 1 363 428 data points (pixels).

Regarding the training points, a total of 26 887 copper assays were used as learning data. These training data originated from different sources: (1) Government of New-Brunswick Energy & Mines department drill hole database; (2) Votorantim Metals Canada; (3) Data CD in Goodfellow et al., 2003 Massive Sulfide Deposits of the Bathurst Mining Camp, New-Brunswick, and Northern Maine: Economic Geology Monograph 11, 930 p; and (4) Windfall Geotek Compilation in the Halfmile, Chester and Captain deposits).

WINDFALL GEOTEK used Cu ≥ 2 500ppm as the thresholds for selecting the positive copper training data. Therefore, all copper training points within the modeling area with a reported assay equal or above 2 500ppm f have been used as positive training points within the training data set.

On the Magna Terra Minerals’s Property, WINDFALL GEOTEK has generated: Eleven (11) Copper Targets with a level of similarity at 85 % (Figure below)
