Leocor Mining Announces Proposed Share Consolidation

Vancouver, British Columbia – September 4, 2026 – TheNewswire – Leocor Mining Inc. (the “Company” or “Leocor”) (CSE: LECR, OTCQB: LECRF; Frankfurt: LGO0) (formerly Leocor Gold Inc.), a junior resource company focussed on the exploration and development of precious metals projects in Eastern Canada, announces that it intends to consolidate its common shares (the “Shares”) on the basis of ten (10) pre-consolidation Shares for every one (1) post-consolidation Share (the “Consolidation”). The Consolidation is intended to make the Company more attractive to potential new investors.
The Consolidation was approved by the board of directors of the Company in accordance with the Articles of the Company but remains subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “Exchange”). The Company will issue a further news release announcing the effective date and final consolidation ratio in connection with the Consolidation upon receiving Exchange approval.
The Company will not be changing its name in conjunction with the Consolidation.
