Tevano Announces Appointment of Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer
Vancouver, British Columbia – August 12, 2026 – TheNewswire – Tevano Systems Holdings Inc. (CSE: TEVO; FRA: 7RB) (“Tevano” or the “Company”) today announces that David Bajwa has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective August 7, 2026. The offices had been vacant following the passing of Benjamin Sawchuk, announced on July 20, 2026.
Mr. Bajwa has served as a director of the Company since March 2021 and previously held the office of Chief Executive Officer. He is a capital markets professional with over 25 years of experience working with publicly traded companies in North America. He was a member of the founding group of Chartwell Technology Inc., which he supported from inception through to a senior listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and its acquisition by Amaya Gaming in 2011.
Eugene Hodgson continues to serve as Corporate Secretary of the Company.
