Under the contract, the school buses will be equipped with school bus video, Mobile Data Collectors, and subscribe to the Company’s video management software offering for video analysis and storage. The school district is a new customer to the Company and the contract is valued at approximately US $333,000 (approximately C $460,000) plus monthly-recurring subscriptions.
