Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - September 23, 2026 – Canary Gold Corp. (CSE: BRAZ; OTCQB: CNYGF; Frankfurt: K5D) (“Canary Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its participation in the Muskoka Capital Event, hosted by CEM (Capital Event Management Ltd.), taking place September 25–27, 2026, at the JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort & Spa in Muskoka, Ontario.
The Muskoka Capital Event connects companies with institutional investors, portfolio managers, investment advisors, family offices and high-net-worth investors from across North America through pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings.
Mark Tommasi, President of Canary Gold, will represent the Company in 18 scheduled, 20-minute meetings. According to CEM, approximately 47 companies and more than 55 investors are expected to participate in its final Capital Event of 2026.
Canary Gold will showcase its district-scale gold exploration opportunity in Brazil’s Madeira River region and the progress made in evaluating the Jaci Paraná paleochannel target. The Muskoka event provides an opportunity to connect directly with investors as the Company builds on encouraging geological evidence and advances its staged approach to technical validation.
Since participating in CEM’s July event, Canary has reported independent laboratory observations that strengthen the rationale for further exploration. As announced on August 14, 2026, Overburden Drilling Management Limited identified visible gold grains in gravity concentrates from 29 of 30 consecutive one-metre RC samples from hole RC-0032.
“We believe Canary offers investors a compelling early-stage exploration opportunity in Brazil’s Madeira River region,” said Mark Tommasi, President of Canary Gold. “Our work has identified encouraging geological evidence and a clear path for testing the potential we see. We look forward to sharing our progress at Muskoka and explaining how whole-sample testwork and proposed sonic drilling can help us evaluate that opportunity and guide our next investment in exploration.”
Canary’s staged validation pathway includes whole-sample gravity concentration and tails-leach testing, followed by proposed focused sonic drilling and controlled sampling. The visible-gold observations are qualitative and do not establish sample head grades or grade continuity beyond the sampled hole. Concentration and leach results remain indicative and cannot, on their own, establish representative project grades, continuity or economic viability. Sonic sampling remains subject to technical review, contracting, access, permitting and funding. No mineral resource or mineral reserve has been defined, and economic viability has not been demonstrated.

In August 2025, Canary further expanded its regional strategy by entering into a definitive agreement to acquire a 100% interest in ten additional mineral tenements totaling approximately 94,700 hectares from Talisman Venture Partners Ltd., a private British Columbia corporation. The total consideration of CAD $1.7 million has been satisfied through staged cash and share payments.
Talisman retains a 1.0% net smelter return (NSR) royalty on future production from the acquired tenements, one-half of which (reducing the NSR to 0.5%) may be repurchased by the Company at any time for CAD $1.0 million.
These interests support Canary Gold’s regional exploration strategy in the Madeira River region of Rondônia State, Brazil.
