IDC Announces New CEO

Toronto, Ontario – TheNewswire - Feb 4, 2021 - Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. ("IDC" or the "Company") (TSXV:IDL) announces that Mr Paul Lin has resigned as CEO of the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr Paul Lin for his contributions. Effective immediately, Mr Hengye Guan is appointed as CEO.

 

Background Information

 

Mr. Guan has been GM Assistant and Senior Manager of Legal & Compliance Department, China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation since 2012. Mr. Guan obtained his Master’s from the University of International Business and Economics in 2006.
