Solid Impact Investments Corp. Announces Availability of Annual General Meeting Materials
October 16, 2025 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia – Solid Impact Investments Corp. (TSX-V: SOLI.P) (the "Company") announces that due to the Canada postal strike which has recently pivoted to a rotating strike, delivery of the Notice of Meeting, Information Circular and related proxy and voting materials (the "Meeting Materials") for the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") to be held on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. (Pacific Time) at Suite 501, 3292 Production Way, Burnaby, B.C. V5A 4R4, may be significantly delayed until the strike is resolved and therefore, shareholders may not receive physical copies of the Meeting Materials in advance of the Meeting.
The Meeting will be held for the following purposes:
1. To receive and consider the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended May 31, 2025, and the auditor's report thereon;
2. To set the number of directors to be elected at the Meeting at four (4);
3. To elect the directors of the Company until the Company's next annual meeting of shareholders;
4. To re-appoint Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as auditors of the Company and to authorize the directors of the Company to fix their remuneration;
5. To re-approve the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan, as described in the accompanying management information circular; and
6. To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Copies of the Meeting Materials have been filed and are available under the Company's SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca and at www.eproxy.ca/SolidImpact/2025AGM/ and shareholders of the Company are encouraged to access the Meeting Materials directly. In the event that the strike concludes prior to the date of the Meeting, the Company will send the Meeting Materials by regular mail; however, there is no assurance that the Meeting Materials will be received by the shareholders prior to the Meeting.

If paper copies of the financial statements and MD&A have been requested but not yet delivered, the documents will be mailed once the postal strike is resolved.
