Jody Dahrouge is a professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining, specializing in uranium, base metals, industrial minerals, rare earth elements and lithium. He is the founder and president of Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd., established in 1998, a global consulting firm providing geological, logistical, and project management services to exploration and mining companies. He also serves as president of DG Resource Management Ltd., a project generator focused on early-stage mineral discoveries. Mr. Dahrouge holds Bachelor of Science degrees in geology and computing science from the University of Alberta (1988 and 1993, respectively) and is a registered professional geologist in Alberta and British Columbia.

 

His career highlights include significant contributions to discoveries like the Ashram Rare Earth Element and Fluorspar Project; J-Zone, and Patterson Lake South uranium deposits,Corvette (Shaakichiuwaanaan) Lithium Deposit, amongst others. He has held advisory, directorships and/or management roles at multiple companies, including Commerce Resources Corp. (2000–2024), Fission Energy Corp. (2008-2013), ALX Resources Corp. (Technical Advisor since 2015), Apex Critical Metals Corp. (Director since 2018) and Gatling Exploration Inc. Dahrouge played a pivotal role in the conceptualization and acquisition of Patriot Battery Metals’ Corvette lithium project in James Bay, Quebec, which has become a notable success.
