St-Georges Announces Settlement Agreement with EVSX Debenture Holders

Montréal, September 10, 2026 – TheNewswire - St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. (CSE: SX) (OTCQB: SXOOF) (FSE: 85G1) is pleased to announce that EVSX Corp., its wholly-owned subsidiary, has reached a settlement agreement with its debenture holders in respect of the receivership proceedings previously initiated against EVSX.
The agreed debt amount was established to $484,463, to be repaid pursuant to the following schedule:
an initial payment of $25,000 by September 11, 2026, a further $10,000 by September 18, 2026, and subsequent instalments of $60,000 every 15 days commencing October 5, 2026, until the debt is satisfied in full.
In connection with the settlement, the receivership petition has been suspended and the hearing previously scheduled for September 10, 2026, is adjourned.
