Westward Gold Announces Engagement of Hybrid Financial Ltd.

Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - March 4, 2022 – Westward Gold Inc. (CSE:WG), (OTC:WGLIF), (FSE:IM50) (“Westward” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has retained Hybrid Financial Ltd. (“Hybrid”) to provide marketing and investor relations services to the Company. Hybrid has been engaged to heighten market and brand awareness for Westward and to broaden the Company’s reach within the investment community. Hybrid has agreed to comply with all applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) in their provision of services.

Hybrid has been engaged by the Company for an initial term of six (6) months beginning on March 7, 2022 (the “Initial Term”), which will automatically renew for successive three (3) month periods thereafter unless terminated by the Company. Hybrid will be paid a monthly fee of C$22,500 plus applicable taxes during the Initial Term.
