Management Commentary

Rejean Provost, Vice-President Business Development at Windfall Geotek, commented:

Windfall Geotek has identified Australia and Japan as two strategic markets for the expansion of our AI/ML-driven mineral exploration technology. The signing of representative agreements with experienced local agencies supports our international growth strategy and demonstrates the ability of our technology to be deployed across mining jurisdictions worldwide.

Australia is one of the world’s leading mining jurisdictions, with extensive publicly available geological and geophysical datasets ideally suited to Windfall Geotek’s AI/ML targeting approach. By combining our proven technology with Scott’s extensive network and knowledge of the Australian mining sector, we believe we can accelerate market penetration and generate meaningful commercial opportunities. This process is already underway, with several prospective opportunities and industry introductions identified.

Japan represents a different but equally compelling opportunity. As governments and corporations seek to secure reliable supplies of critical minerals for advanced technologies, electrification and energy storage, Japan’s need to strengthen and diversify its critical-mineral supply chains continues to grow.

We believe the timing is favorable to introduce Windfall Geotek’s technology to Japanese mining, trading and investment organizations seeking exposure to new mineral discoveries globally. Our AI/ML platform can help identify and prioritize high-potential targets while potentially reducing the time, cost and environmental footprint of early-stage exploration.

Together, these agreements support Windfall Geotek’s strategy of expanding internationally through knowledgeable local partners while maintaining a highly scalable business model. Our objective is to convert more than two decades of AI/ML development and successful mineral targeting into a growing pipeline of commercial projects, strategic partnerships and discovery opportunities for Windfall Geotek and its shareholders.
