Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - March 31, 2021 - BYND Cannasoft Enterprises Inc. (“BYND” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has filed and obtained a receipt for its final long form prospectus dated March 30, 2021 (the “Prospectus”) from the British Columbia Securities Commission.  A copy of the Prospectus is available under the Company’s profile at www.sedar.com.

 

The Prospectus qualifies the distribution of 6,144,117 common shares of the Company to holders of special warrants issued by BYND’s predecessors, Lincoln Acquisitions Corp. and 1232986 B.C. Ltd., who amalgamated with one another to form the Company on March 29, 2021.

 

BYND is also pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) for the listing of its common shares, subject to the finalization of the CSE’s listing requirements.  Once CSE final approval is received, BYND’s common shares will commence trading under the symbol "BYND". The Company will confirm the listing date for the common shares at a later date but cannot guarantee that the CSE will give final approval to the listing.
