St Georges Reports Completion of Iceland Gold Drilling and Provides Trading Status Update

St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp.

Montréal – TheNewswire - October 13, 2026 – St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. (CSE: SX) (OTC: SXOOF) (FSE: 85G1) is pleased to report the completion of Aurania Resources Ltd.’s 2026 diamond drilling program at the Thormódsdalur gold-silver project in Iceland.

The Project is held by Iceland Resources ehf, a wholly owned subsidiary of St-Georges, and is being advanced by Aurania Resources Ltd. (“Aurania”) pursuant to the option agreement announced in April 2026. The Company is also providing an update on the revocation of its cease-trade restrictions and the remaining halt in trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”).

Eight holes completed with improved core recovery

Aurania completed eight diamond drill holes totalling 780.70 metres. Core samples were sent to ALS Sweden for preparation and subsequently to ALS Ireland for analysis. Assay results are expected in November 2026, subject to laboratory turnaround times.

Finland-based Arctic Drilling Company, Oy Ltd., carried out the program using HQ3 diamond drilling. Aurania reports core recovery at or close to 100% in most cases, compared with recoveries in the region of 50% or less reported in earlier drilling. Improved recovery is intended to retain fine and fragmented vein material that may have been lost during historical drilling.

Epithermal vein textures observed in drill core

Aurania reports quartz veins and hydrothermal breccias with textures consistent with an epithermal gold-silver system, including colloform banding. Much of the vein material has been fragmented by later fault movement, making improved core recovery particularly relevant to obtaining representative samples. Most holes twinned historical holes. Gold and silver grades remain subject to assay results; visual observations do not establish grades or economic viability.

Advancing the Project with Aurania

Thormódsdalur is located approximately 20 kilometres east of Reykjavík. Under the April 2026 option agreement, St-Georges, Iceland Resources and Aurania are working collaboratively on phased exploration aimed at advancing the Project toward an initial modern mineral resource definition.

Cease trade restrictions revoked and CSE trading halt remains

The Company confirms that it is no longer subject to the failure-to-file cease trade order. The BCSC also revoked the management cease trade order applicable to Herb Duerr and Rick Barnett on October 8, 2026.

Trading of the Company’s common shares on the CSE remains halted as revocation of the cease trade orders and reinstatement of trading on the CSE are separate steps.

Management is pursuing the remaining steps toward reinstatement of trading, including responding to CSE requests for information and addressing the Exchange’s applicable requirements. Resumption remains subject to the CSE’s review and approval. The Company will provide an update once the timing has been confirmed.
