In connection with the name change, the Company’s common shares have been assigned a new CUSIP number (36467U103) and ISIN (CA36467U1030).

 

Shareholders are not required to take any action regarding the name change. Outstanding share certificates bearing the name “Gabo Mining Ltd.” will remain valid and need not be exchanged.

 

The name change aligns the Company’s branding with its strategic focus on growth and development in uranium exploration and related resource opportunities.
