NTG Clarity Announces the Resignation of Directors

Toronto, ON - TheNewswire - March 20, 2020 - NTG Clarity Networks Inc. (TSXV:NCI), announces the resignation of three of its directors, including the two independent Board members.
Due to the economic situation and the inability of NTG to renew its Directors and Officers insurance, the two independent Board members and one other Board member have resigned from NTG’s Board.
Mr. Nick Hamilton-Piercy has resigned his position on the Board of Directors of NTG Clarity, effective March 20, 2020. Mr. Hamilton-Piercy has been a valuable board member since 2014. We wish to thank him for his valuable contributions and wish him all the best.
Mr. Mohamed Saleem Siddiqi has resigned his position on the Board of Directors of NTG Clarity, effective March 20, 2020. Mr. Siddiqi has been a valuable board member since 2017. We wish to thank him for his valuable contributions and wish him all the best.
Mr. Mohamed Adel Zaghloul has resigned his position on the Board of Directors of NTG Clarity, effective March 19, 2020. Mr. Zaghloul has been a valuable board member since 2004. We wish to thank him for his valuable contributions and wish him all the best.
Mr. Ashraf Zaghloul, Chairman and CEO, and Kristine Lewis, Director and President are the two remaining directors of NTG Clarity Networks Inc.
