("Halio" or the "Company") (TSXV - HOIL) is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement (the "Financing") of 604,000 Common Shares (the "Shares") at a price of $1.20 per share for a gross proceeds of $724,800. The securities issued in the Financing were issued in two tranches and are subject to a restricted period which expires on May 26, 2017 for 85,000 Shares and June 11, 2017 for 519,000 Shares. Proceeds from the financing are intended to be used for general working capital purposes.
