Crystal Bridge Enterprises Inc. Appoints Pardeep Sangha as Director



Vancouver, BC - TheNewswire - August 8, 2019 - CRYSTAL BRIDGE ENTERPRISES INC. (TSXV:CRYS) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the appointment of Pardeep Sangha as director, effective immediately. The Board had determined that Pardeep Sangha has the skill and experience to assist the Corporation going forward. Mr. Sangha is an experienced technology sector analyst, noticeably, in both 2012 and 2014 he received a StarMine ranking. He worked over three years as the Senior Technology Analyst at Haywood Securities and eight years at PI Financial Corp. Mr. Sangha has also had venture capital, engineering and operations experience prior to his career as a technology sector analyst.

The Corporation had accepted the cancellation of a total of 200,000 options held by Rob Bakshi. In addition, pursuant to the Corporation's stock option plan these cancelled 200,000 options had been re-issued to Pardeep Sangha and Mark Kohler.

The Corporation is a capital pool company pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the Exchange (the "CPC Policy"). Except as specifically contemplated in the CPC Policy, until the completion of its "Qualifying Transaction" (as defined in the CPC Policy), the Corporation will not carry on business, other than the identification and evaluation of companies, business or assets with a view to completing a proposed Qualifying Transaction.
