Gatekeeper Appoints Chief Financial Officer

Abbotsford, BC / TheNewswire / April 12, 2019 - Gatekeeper Systems Inc. ('Gatekeeper' or the 'Company') (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF; FSE: 1GK) a leading provider of video surveillance systems developed to protect people in transit, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Ms. Kelsey Chin, CPA, CGA as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Kelsey has been with the Company as Corporate Secretary since 2013, and as a director since 2016. She brings over 15 years' experience working as an Executive Officer for various publicly listed companies in a diverse range of industries.

In her past roles as CFO, Kelsey has been responsible for all aspects of financial services, financial reporting, corporate governance, and has led numerous financings, mergers and acquisitions to successful completion.

Kelsey will be replacing Gordon Clissold as CFO and she has resigned as a director of the Company in order to focus her efforts on her new role as CFO. The Company also announces that Robert Hill has resigned as a director effective immediately in order to pursue other opportunities. The Company thanks him for his contributions to date and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
