Canadian Children's Hospital to Receive Ventripoint VMS+ 3.0 For Clinical Assessment of Pediatric Cardiac Patients

("Ventripoint" or the "Company") (TSXV:VPT) (OTCQB:VPTDF) is pleased to announce that a leading Canadian Children's Hospital will be the first pediatric hospital to receive the VMS+ 3.0 complete heart analysis system for the clinical assessment of pediatric cardiac patients.

The VMS+ 3.0 system is a cost-effective diagnostic tool for measuring whole heart function in pediatric and adult patients utilizing standard 2D ultrasound to obtain volumetric measurements and ejection fractions for all 4 chambers of the heart. The new compact and portable system can be set up within minutes providing a streamlined approach within the clinical echo environment where patient case load is continually increasing. It is also the only approved way to generate substantially equivalent results to the gold standard MRI.

The VMS+ 3.0 system is now commercially available in Canada and Europe. The system is for investigational use in the United States and pending pre-market 510K clearance by the FDA.
